Subject: A better description ...
A better description of this volume would be the second volume of the Compendium Historiarum of Gregory Cedrenus as well as the surviving works of Michael Psellus. It's Volume 122 of Migne's Patrologia Graeca (properly entitled Patrologiae Cursus Completus Series Graecae).
